CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a large and highly respected Property Development company, we are seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (Russian Market) to be based in Paphos.
Plan, promote and manage the operation to achieve set objectives, budgets and Business plan.
Develops and recommends programs to meet client’s needs.
Implements strategies to improve market share.
Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate.
market analysis to determine needs, potential, desired rates, etc., and deliver accurate business reports.
Assists in developing and executing projects for assigned market areas.
Liaises with Real Estate Agents.
Identify and attend tradeshows/ exhibitions worldwide and other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace and to find potential new business.
Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
University degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Law or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Managerial position preferably in Real Estate, Private Banking or sales related industry.
Excellent knowledge of English both written and oral.
Russian language will be considered a very significant advantage.
Excellent client service and negotiation skills.
Excellent Computer Skills.
