CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading Corporate Services provider in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Russian-Speaking Secretary.
Perform general secretarial duties, such as arrange travel and meetings; provide telephone coverage; maintain calendars of assigned tasks.
Perform general office support duties as requested, monitoring and ordering refreshments, kitchen and office supplies.
Prepare documents and presentations for clients, filing of documents.
Organize copying/binding/distribution of materials.
Take care of the office, pay office bills and visit governmental authorities from time to time.
Translation of documents and other duties as may be assigned.
2+ years experience in a similar position in Cyprus, previous experience would be considered as an advantage.
Fluent oral and written Russian, Greek and English languages.
Excellent computer skills (MS Outlook, Word) and professional typing skills.
Accuracy, speed and thoroughness of work, attention to details.
Strong organizational, communication and social skills.
Responsible, service-minded, positive and team-oriented attitude.
