CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International company, we are seeking to recruit an Outbound Call Centre Officer to join their expanding operations in Nicosia.
Key Duties /Responsibilities:
Interacting by phone with the customers to solicit orders for services or goods.
Making appointments, collecting information and conducting follow-ups.
Describing products and services, responding to questions and obtaining customer information.
Developing targeted sales campaigns, which increase sales to the organization from corporate clients.
Entering data and maintaining the database of existing or potential clients.
Maintaining records of telephonic communications, interactions, accounts, orders and payments.
A native level of English is essential for this role (Written & Spoken).
Technically confident in working with computer applications.
Fantastic communication skills as well as ability to work well with others.
An excellent and professional telephone etiquette.
Able to maintain client confidentiality.
Any related product knowledge will be considered a significant advantage.
Previous experience in a sales environment is a must, ideally in a call-centre environment.
Experience in call center activities.
