Account Executive/PR Coordinator
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a global Marketing & PR company, we are seeking an energetic and talented Account Executive/PR Coordinator to join their expanding team of professionals located in Nicosia.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 
  • Compiling or overseeing daily/weekly/monthly reports to be sent to the client within the deadline.
  • Reporting progress and issues to the Global Account Manager on a regular basis. 
  • Developing client reporting templates if these do not exist or evaluating and advising the client on efficiency of existing reporting procedures and templates. 
  • Briefing the agencies on the reporting process. 
  • Ensuring that the reporting process is efficient (for the agencies, client and the Global Hub Team).
  • Update the agencies on client objectives/key messages/ strategy and ensure that the client is receiving value.
  • Ensure that you are offering support and advice to the agencies to solve issues and encourage a proactive approach to manage the client’s requirements in all the countries within the specific contract.
  • To collect information and knowledge about the local markets and issues and offer this information to the account manager. 
  • To gather information for reporting that gives clients a complete overview of local situations.
  • Communicating with the client with the support of the account manager either in person or over the phone/in writing to receive regular updates and to be familiar with the client’s strategy/ key messages and communications objectives. 
  • Proactively offering communications counsel/ advise/ strategy to the account manager to help meet sales objectives and resolve issues for global clients. 
 
Key Skills/Experience:
 
  • Education in the field of communications will be considered an additional benefit.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in the field of marketing and communications will be considered a benefit.
  • Administration and organizational experience is important.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel. 
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral. 
  • A friendly demeanor to be able to build relationships with the many different people within the network.
  • Should have high level of energy and be someone who works hard to achieve desired objectives. 
  • Should maintain a focused commitment and is not easily distracted.
  • Should take responsibility for getting things done and involve others as appropriate.
