Office Manager
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International Investment company, we are seeking to recruit an Office Manager to join their team of professionals based in Limassol.

Key Duties / Responsibilities:
 
  • Maintenance and general administration of the office (e.g. stationery, mobile connection, equipment, etc.).
  • Liaison with the Social Insurance Office, Tax Office in respect of tax and social contribution payments.
  • Document flow including drafting and preparation of documents for signing, dispatching of documents via international/local courier, collection and delivery of hard copies. 
  • Collection of data on VAT returns and submission of the relevant forms to the Tax Office. 
  • Managing of payments from the Employer’s account via online banking. 
  • Preparation of the general ledger and collection of the financial documents of the Employer. 
  • Communication with local authorities for preparation and collection of documents related to the activities of the Employer. 
  • Preparation of documentation required for business activities of the Employer. 
  • Answering phone calls and sending faxes.
  • Arranging trips (book flights, hotel, taxi, restaurants) for directors and other employees of the Employer. 
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining calendars, reserving rooms for meetings. 
  • Maintenance of the Employer’s electronic document portal (scanning, filing and uploading documents in accordance with the Employer’s procedures) and paper archives. 
  • Reporting to the Employer on the fulfilment of the Employee’s duties. 
  • Other duties as may be required by the Employer. 
Key Skills / Qualifications:
 
  • University Degree in Business Administration or related field. 
  • A Minimum of 3 years of experience as a secretary/office manager. 
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office. 
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
