CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a well-established company operating in the Pharmaceutical industry, we are seeking to recruit a highly effective and efficient Personal Assistant to join their team in Nicosia.

Role Overview:
 
The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director and will have the overall responsibility for the administration of the Director’s affairs.

Key Duties/ Responsibilities:
 
  • Execute instructions and jobs assigned by the Managing Director.
  • Organising the meetings and agenda of the Managing Director.
  • Attending client and staff meetings.
  • Maintain records of the Firm.
  • Perform secretarial duties of the office.
  • Liaise with clients.
  • Liaise with business partners.
  • Provide support to other departments.
  • General administration duties.
  • Reporting to the Managing Director.

Key Skills/Experience:
 
  • University degree with grade 2:1 or equivalent in Office Administration or similar discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and spoken).
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Office Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint).
