CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a well-established company operating in the Pharmaceutical industry, we are seeking to recruit a highly effective and efficient Personal Assistant to join their team in Nicosia.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director and will have the overall responsibility for the administration of the Director’s affairs.
Key Duties/ Responsibilities:
Execute instructions and jobs assigned by the Managing Director.
Organising the meetings and agenda of the Managing Director.
Attending client and staff meetings.
Maintain records of the Firm.
Perform secretarial duties of the office.
Liaise with clients.
Liaise with business partners.
Provide support to other departments.
General administration duties.
Reporting to the Managing Director.
University degree with grade 2:1 or equivalent in Office Administration or similar discipline.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and spoken).
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Office Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint).
