CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an authorized distributor of leading Lubricants to the Engineering sector, we are seeking to recruit an experienced and well-qualified Sales Manager to join their operations based in Nicosia.
Manages, develops and coordinates the company’s sales functions including sales support, territory sales, new market research and key account sales to meet company’s business requirements.
Creating a strategy for lubricants distribution and executing it.
Actively seeking out and creating new client relationships and maintaining them.
Providing necessary consulting and support to clients.
Selling products and organizing, supervising and maintaining all selling process.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Gathering market and customer information.
Creating contracts and all necessary documents for the deals.
Reporting to Senior Management results and sales pipeline.
The ability and desire to sell, strong work ethic, persistent attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
Excellent communication skills.
Positive, confident and determined approach, showing passion and drive for the lubricants business and a track record of sales development.
High degree of self-motivation and ambition.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Have solid, proven technological expertise in machinery lubrication.
Knowledge about lubricants market trends, competition, client needs and opportunities for entry.
Can suggest and implement unconventional ideas for business development.
Possess Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Proficient with MS Office software.
Fluency in English and Russian is essential.
