CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a provider of Corporate Services with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Russian-Speaking Corporate Administrator to join their expanding team of professionals.
Handling of the client portfolio, ensuring quality, accuracy and timely dispatch of information, correspondence and statutory documentation to clients.
Dealing with clients directly and promptly for all daily requests, developing and maintaining client relationships with excellent communication skills.
Reviewing documents prepared by internal teams prior to client dispatch e.g. certificates of incumbency/ certificates of good standing etc.
Preliminary compliance review of documents and liaising with the compliance team to ensure compliant due diligence requirements and adherence to policy and procedural manual are met.
Following up on all open issues with clients and internal teams, being organized and proactive in this process.
Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience as an administrator within the industry.
Ability to take ownership of a portfolio of clients, being proactive, organized with the ability to effectively work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in Russian & English (Written & Spoken), knowledge of Greek considered an advantage.
