CareerFinders, on behalf our client, a Greek Orthodox Institution, we are seeking to recruit an experienced and highly capable Facilities Specialist to be based in Nicosia.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
To manage the business affairs of the institution in accordance with the decisions of the Management Committee and the policies laid down by the Committee from time to time
To keep proper minutes of the deliberations and decisions of the Management Committee
To manage and supervise a small number of staff.
To ensure proper maintenance of our Client’s immovable property.
To ensure timely collection of monies due and prompt payments to creditors.
To liaise and cooperate with our Client’s legal and technical consultants and various municipal and government departments.
To assist the Committee in the preparation of the annual budget and cash flow statement.
Excellent knowledge of the Greek language (Native) with a working knowledge of English (Written & Spoken).
University Degree in Theology, Business Administration and Finance, Economics, or related field.
A minimum of two years’ experience in a Managerial position.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relations.
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
Ability to work under pressure.
PC/IT Literate (Microsoft Office etc.).
