CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a well-established boutique law firm with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Front Desk Administrator to join their established office.
Key Duties/ Responsibilities:
Assisting day to day work of lawyers by operating office equipment like copiers, scanners and multi-line telephone system.
Ensuring electronic and hard copy filing system is up-to-date.
Setting up, recording and updating databases.
Purchasing and maintaining office supplies.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel, in particular) and Internet skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language.
Degree/Diploma in secretarial studies and / or any tertiary education degree will be considered an advantage.
2+ years of experience in similar position will be considered a significant advantage.
