Executive Sales Officer
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, one of the Islands Leading Insurance Companies with headquarters in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Executive Sales Officer to join their expanding team of professionals.

Role Overview: 
The successful candidate will be managing and developing the cooperation with the Sales Agency Force and ensure an effective, two-way communication between Headquarters and the Agency Force in order to achieve the business objectives in the areas of business development, portfolio and service quality as defined by the Company's strategy.
Key Duties/ Responsibilities:
  • Cooperates closely with the Agency Force Sales Managers to support (a) the fulfilment of annual business goals and targets for specific sales campaigns and (b) the development of Sales Agency Force Teams.
  • Manages a two-way and effective communication between Headquarters and Sales Agency Force to develop optimal collaboration and business goals.
  • Supports the of Head Agency Distribution in designing sales / reward / recognition campaigns for the Agency Force in order to develop the business.
  • Supports the Head of Agency Distribution in designing the terms / parameters of the Sales Manual in order to develop sales production.
  • Supervises the implementation of ethical behaviour and standards to ensure portfolio and service quality.
  • Monitors the profitability of the Sales Agency Force, in collaboration with the Agency Force Sales Managers, evaluates, prepares reports and submits recommendations to maximize turnover.
  • Provides support to the Agency Force Sales Managers during agent selection and during onboarding processes to ensure high-quality staffing.
  • Identifies and makes suggestions for the recruitment of new Agency Force Sales Managers for the quality development of the Agency Force.
  • Provides support in identifying the training needs of the Sales Agency Force and ensures that those are met with the aim of improving and developing the knowledge and skill of the Insurance Advisors.
  • Ensures that the Agency Force is aware of the regulations, policies and procedures governing the Company's activities to ensure compliance.
  • Makes recommendations for the continuous improvement of sales processes and systems in order to maximize turnover.
Key Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field. 
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a sales orientated position.
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a ‘selling’ mindset.
  • Dynamic, flexible with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build and develop strong relationships.
  • Very good organizational and planning skills.
  • Flexible personality with a spirit of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Ability to take initiative.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (Written & Spoken).
