CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a company operating in the Financial Services Sector, we are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Representative for their offices in Larnaca.
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
Maintain contact with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Respond to client enquiries and support issues through calls/emails.
Inform and assist all clients in relation to the use of all current and future products.
Capture and maintain information in the company’s systems.
Maintain clients records keeping all information up-to-date and well documented.
Resolve incidents at first contact where possible otherwise escalate to relevant support department.
Key Skills/ Experience:
Fluency in written & spoken English is essential.
Previous experience in a Customer Service will be considered an advantage.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Excellent customer communication skills.
Proven experience of PC and software applications.
Good typing skills.
Ability to work in a team.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Punctual, hardworking and reliable.
