Customer Services Representative
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a company operating in the Financial Services Sector, we are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Representative for their offices in Larnaca.

Key Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Maintain contact with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. 
  • Respond to client enquiries and support issues through calls/emails. 
  • Inform and assist all clients in relation to the use of all current and future products. 
  • Capture and maintain information in the company’s systems. 
  • Maintain clients records keeping all information up-to-date and well documented.  
  • Resolve incidents at first contact where possible otherwise escalate to relevant support department. 

Key Skills/ Experience:
  • Fluency in written & spoken English is essential. 
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service will be considered an advantage. 
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Excellent customer communication skills.
  • Proven experience of PC and software applications.
  • Good typing skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Punctual, hardworking and reliable.
