Temporary Personal Assistant
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International company with a variety of business interests, we are seeking to recruit an experienced and highly capable Personal Assistant on a short-term, temporary contract to be based in Nicosia.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
 
  • Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required.
  • Preparing communications on behalf of Senior Management.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Organising travel and itineraries.
  • Organising and planning meetings.
  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings.
  • Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require.
  • Various ad hoc requests.
 
Key Skills/Experience:
 
  • Ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration of related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant supporting Senior Management is essential.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills are a must.
  • Fluency in English (Written & Spoken).
  • Strong IT Skills (Microsoft Office etc…)
  • Highly professional and discreet manner.
  • Able to work under pressure and produce high quality work under tight deadlines.
