CareerFinders, on behalf our client, a CySEC Licensed Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a number of Back-Office Officers with various language skills to join their expanding team of professionals.
On boarding new clients, according to the KYC procedures and protocols established by the Compliance Department.
Follow up missing/incorrect documentation.
Creating internal reports on deposits/withdrawals, etc...
Communication with the service providers and business partners regarding issues, updates, etc. (back office related).
Maintain accurate client records (KYC, Questionnaire).
Efficient reconciliation of customer transactions, deposits and withdrawals.
Coordinating with dealing desk with regards to suspicious client trading activity.
Liaising with the sales team to arrange for the timely receipt of client documentation.
Processing deposits and withdrawals of client funds.
Communicating with clients via email for any inquiries related to their deposits and withdrawals.
Forward financial matters and requests to the Accounting Department.
Liaise with the Head of Back office for any queried issues.
Solid experience in Back Office of a CySEC regulated investment firm in the Forex Industry will be considered as a major advantage.
Proficiency with Microsoft: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Excellent command of the English language, with fluency in one of the following languages: German, Spanish, Italian.
CySEC Advanced or Basic Examination Certification (Not required but will be considered as an advantage).
Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail and procedures.
