Customer Support Representatives (Language Speakers)
CareerFinders, on behalf our client, a CySEC Licensed Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a number of Customer Support Representatives with various language skills to join their expanding team of professionals.
Assisting clients worldwide through live support chat.
Replying to e-mails, assisting with the opening of client accounts, amending existing accounts, maintaining client records and liaising with appropriate departments.
Handling Back office queries.
Supporting clients with technical and troubleshooting issues.
Dealing with complaints of a varying nature promptly and effectively.
Providing support and troubleshooting on Meta Trader Platforms.
Liaising with all departments to resolve issues.
Liaising with the Compliance Officer regarding complaints and approval of accounts.
Providing relevant information to clients regarding documents and materials for becoming a client.
Excellent knowledge of English plus one or more of German, Spanish, or Italian is a must.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of MT4 and /or MT5 Platforms will be considered a signficant advantage.
Previous experience in similar position will be considered an advantage.
Ability to work on a rotational shift-pattern basis.
