CareerFinders, on behalf of client, a newly established company operating in the Payments Sector, we are seeking to recruit a well-qualified Relationship Manager to join their expanding team of professionals based in Limassol.
Establishing, building and maintain on-going relationships with clients to develop and protect revenue.
Preparing all off the shelf and bespoke commercial proposals, managing and taking ownership of these during all stages of the process.
Constantly reviewing the flow of new business introductions and thus ensuring that there is a constant pipeline of potential new business opportunities.
Providing excellent standard of service to B2B customers through email, phones and face-to-face interactions.
Establishing and maintaining KYC profiles and other required customer information in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures
Consistently displaying a strong customer focus and “going the extra mile” to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
Escalating regulatory issues to the Compliance Team.
Providing guidance to and mentoring junior members of the team.
Liaising with other departments to resolve customer queries as and when required.
Continually developing personal skills to enhance effectiveness of self and team.
Keeping abreast of professional knowledge by participating in training, maintaining personal networks and studying developments within the industry.
Escalating issues to senior management as appropriate.
Undertaking other reasonable duties as instructed by senior management.
Ideally educated to degree level in Business or related field.
Experience in both Account Management and Client Service is essential.
Thorough knowledge of the B2B sector.
Any previous experience of working within the Payments sector will be considered a significant advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
Proactive and results-driven approach.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
