Irini Dimitriadou

Irini, a Cypriot national fluent in Greek and English, joined CareerFinders Cyprus in May 2021 and has since become an essential part of the team. Based in our Limassol office, she plays a key role in ensuring smooth company operations and supporting excellence across the recruitment process.

Irini holds a BA in Educational & Social Policy and an MBA specializing in Human Resource Management & Services, combining strong academic credentials with practical experience. Her expertise allows her to contribute significantly to both the strategic and operational aspects of CareerFinders, enhancing efficiency and supporting the team’s success.

Working closely with our Recruitment Administrator, Soulla, Irini is regarded as the ‘glue’ that binds the team together. She ensures the Recruitment Team receives essential support, fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment that enables CareerFinders to deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates across Cyprus.
